Basically: if you’re not out reading on a picnic blanket in the grass, what are you even doing? Quit wasting daylight and get out there already. Just don’t forget a hat and some sunscreen. Oh, and a good book. I might be able to help with that, actually. I’ve got nine great historical fiction books perfect for June reading that you’re not going to want to miss.

These new historical fiction books from June 2025 cover a wonderfully wide range of places, time periods, and perspectives.
