Beto O’Rourke, John Legend, and more slam Trump’s gross tweet about Elijah Cummings home break-in

Donald Trump has once again hit a new low on Twitter.

In June, the president was criticized for his racist tweets against Congresswomen Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, and Ayanna Pressley. Now, Trump has come under fire for attacking Maryland Congressional Rep. Elijah Cummings on Twitter.

On Friday morning, after reports that someone attempted to break into Rep. Cummings’ home, Trump tweeted, “Really bad news! The Baltimore house of Elijah Cummings was robbed. Too bad!”
