Nobody can confidently predict the ending of Game of Thrones. But there are several things that seem, at this point, to be almost inevitable.
Top of the list of near-guarantees? Jon and Daenerys’ relationship is not going to end well. I’m not just talking about the fact they’re related, either — I mean one of them, at least, is definitely not going to survive the show’s ending.

There’s plenty of evidence to back this up — Jon’s already technically dead; George R.R. Martin has said the ending of the story will be “bittersweet”; his past stories about dragon-riders point towards a battle that will likely lead to the deaths of most involved; the cast were all apparently in tears reading the final script, suggesting at least a few of our favourites will probably snuff it.
