Wednesday was a long day.
It was especially long for former special counsel Robert Mueller, who testified before two Congressional committees for a solid six hours. It was also a long day for Donald Trump, who — despite saying he “wasn’t going to be watching” the testimony — basically spent all of Wednesday live-tweeting it.
Obviously six hours makes for a lot of footage to wade through, with plenty of moments to pick up — Twitter chose this one. Despite this, the majority of the late night show segments on Mueller’s testimony had one thing in common: The hosts all picked up on the same exchange, which took place between Mueller and Republican Ken Buck.
